Networking is a trend nowadays, the Instagram followers you have, youtube subscribers you have and facebook friends you have, all lye in your network. Does Networking is that much important? Answer to this question is “Yes”, But major problems faced in networking is how to start with networking also the question arises what are pros and cons of network marketing, should we do or not, do we have to invest in a network marketing company, why to sell other products, why to follow the chain system, why my power and energy distributed with many people?

Network Marketing will guide you best how to sells the product its a way of gaining potential seller traits where you trade with your knowns which will definitely fill marketing or selling habit in your brain, Network Marketing also helps to gain the quality of leadership where you can lead No. of people as a Team. But before you start with the network marketing must read these pros and cons of network marketing:

The Pros of Network Marketing

1. Network Marketing is a way to share a product or service that people are truly passionate about. 

Usually, people always share those things for which they are passionate, for example, you like Veg club burger from The Burger Club so you shared with your friends about its taste and ask them to try that burger once whenever they are near to The Burger Club. In this, you share your personal experience, the taste of that burger for which you was truly passionate about. Thus network marketing is based on your own experience and having a positive experience, you share with others.

2. Network Marketing can be an easy way to start a business opportunity.

Every opportunity does not give an opportunity to start a business. Network Marketing is a business opportunity which helps you to run a business without investing much, usually, what happens for joining purpose you just have to shop something from the company and then after shopping you can opt for distributorship and can start your own business by  selling products and service of that company without maintaining the stock in your workplace or home.

3. Network Marketing provides people with more time at home. 

Running a business that means you have to be there to generate sales and earn something but in network marketing, you don’t have to be there every time, once you have done your initial work then your team members will be doing their initial work. Moreover, it gives the flexibility to do your work anytime and anywhere, so whether you are chilling with your family members or friends your work won’t be affecting much. Thus you can be with your family members and relax because you are getting income without doing much work as your network is doing it for you.

4. Network Marketing helps you to improve your communication skills.

Communication plays a vital role in our life, whenever you speak it shows the state of mindset you have, communication impacts the listener mind and help them to understand from which background you belong to. So network marketing helps you to improve your communication skill as you have to deal with no. of people for giving presentations.
Remember: for being a good speaker you have to be a good listener so just listen and observe.

5. Network Marketing helps to reduce stage fear

If you are an introvert then network marketing is best for you, I’m not paid to promote network marketing it just that it’s a right time and right way to leave your introvert zone, face the huge audience as network marketing provide you with a platform to give ppts and testimony in front of large audience.

6. Network Marketing Helps to handle rejections

Rejections are the part of life, if you have any rejection in your life please do mention it in the comment box. We go for an interview we never know we would be hired or rejected, proposing your best friend won’t assure you that you would be accepted by him/her. So the person always feels afraid of rejections,  network marketing helps you to face the rejections and promotes you to work harder next time so that this rejection won’t affect you much.

1. Most people don’t get rich through network marketing. 

Every human being is different everyone has a different mindset and different potential. Owning a car is different while owning a self-earned car is completely different. Yes, network marketing helps you to become rich but it’s completely your call how you seek it. Most people fail in it because they won’t find it working, they get negative thoughts by listening to their friends or family members negative thoughts.

2. Most network marketing sales are face-to-face.

For Sales, the network marketer has to meet the person and give him complete information about the product and service, which is known as PPT( Presentation). In the digital world when sales are converted in just one click, it sounds very awkward that we are meeting and converting a sale which is very time-consuming.

3. Network Marketing Takes Time To Grow.

The enrollment process is easy but talking to many people and ask them to pay for goods and services of that company which they haven’t heard name before. Giving 2-3 ppt (presentations) in 1 day can consume your 2-4 hours and more, there is no guarantee that you will be converting your sales from all. No doubt it’s time-consuming and even though with no surety that the person you are sharing the concept will be your partner or not. But meanwhile, always keep in mind every good thing take time.

4. There is a lot of rejection involved. 

You know rejections are part of life thus rejections are the most important element in network marketing if you are not facing rejections then you are not developing. You may introduce your companies concept with 10 friends you may get 10 rejection or 2 or 3 it’s a part of life. Be Ready For that if you are planning to invest your time.

5. There are many network marketing scams.

No matters you may try something new or it happens while trying you may fail similarly there are some companies who had started but unfortunately they fail and they turned into a scam. So people who tell you about network marketing companies scams, please mind it network marketing is not a scam.

6. Sponsor can’t be a good mentors

Who is a sponsor?
A person who has introduced you to this concept or invited you for the event is the “sponsor”. He can share information but he can’t be a good mentor. Like everyone is learning so your sponsor is also in his/her learning process, all you can do is follow your sponsor’s mentor because it may happen when you talk to someone experienced you may feel the change.

#Myopinion: Network marketing is for those who want to gain some knowledge of selling of goods or service and the person who wants to improve his/her communication skills. It will empower marketing and selling skills in you. No matters you will lose friends, you will face rejections but somehow after a few years, you will observe a positive change in yourself. It just that when you shop or invest in some company do check it’s balance sheet and products & services they are dealing in.
